Solanelles – Cubil – Pessons – Pla de les Pedres – Solanelles
This is a circular route which starts at the Funicamp upper cable car station in Solanelles zone.
The descent is in the direction Grau Roig passing by the Orris lake and the Cubil lake. Go up several metres to find yourself beneath the Pic Baix del Cubil. From there, continue until the Pessons lakes, with the ancient glacier valley in the background. The route continues onto the Pla de las Pedres zone along a narrow but not technically difficult track and then onto the 4x4 tracks.

Once you arrive at the Pla de les Pedres refuge, you have to go up to the departure zone at Solanelles.
If the arrival at the start is done by taking the Funicamp cable car, you can go back down to by following the route which goes from the upper part of the Funicamp to Encamp.
