This is a linear route which starts at the upper Funicamp cable car station. Only suitable for Enduro type bikes and expert riders, due to the mountainous and rugged nature of the tracks!
Even though there is an easier version which descends from the zone of Les Solanelles to Encamp, this route is still only recommended for use by experienced riders. You have to follow the beginner ski slope at the Funicamp zone, until the track that follows the cable car lines.

This 3 metre wide track, although it contains some steep sections, can be ridden without requiring much technical ability. Before arriving at the intermediary Funicamp station, you have to cross the stream using the suspension bridge until you get to the shepherd’s cabins of the Orris zone, under the Griu.
The stone track continues until the crossroads with the tarmac road, a few metres below. Take the left at the junction which takes you to the windy bends of the Feritxet zone. From there take and track until the tarmac road, just a few metres from the Les Pardines car park. At the end of the car park, take a right to descend down to Encamp along the Chemin de la Plana, please be careful as the track is in a bad state due to the Winter ice and water erosion
