Les Pardines – Refugi de les Agols – Estany Blau

This is an easy route to follow with no technical difficulty; however, it requires a medium to high level of fitness to cope with the elevation gain and some sections where the slope is quite steep.

The Madriu Valley offers a wonderful visual and sound experience throughout the entire walk, thanks to the abundance and variety of flowers, birds and mountain streams.

We will set off from the Les Pardines car park, following the signs for Camí de les Agols – Madriu, which will guide us throughout the route. The waymarks to follow are yellow dots.
  

The route can be divided into four sections: a first section through the forest and alongside the stream; a second with wide open landscapes before and after reaching Les Agols refuge (km 3.3); a third airy section along the ridge, which we will cross at the highest point of the route; and a fourth section descending towards Estany Blau.
