Les Bons – Camí del Bau
We will start in front of the Les Bons car park and, heading down to the right, we will find the beginning of the route towards Encamp. We will begin on a wide track and shortly after we will reach a signpost, which we will follow in the direction of Encamp. We will go down some steps and reach the Mojácar promenade, where we will follow the river downstream. We will continue straight ahead until the end, where we will go down some steps on the right.
We will continue downhill along Valireta street, turn right, and then head uphill along Balcó del Solà street, where we will find the sign marking the start of the Camí de la Carrera. From here, we will continue straight uphill on a steep slope and, without taking any detours, we will reach a signpost that will lead us to turn right towards the Camí del Bau.
With constant views over Encamp and without leaving the path, we will reach the vicinity of the first junction, where we found the first signpost. From there, to the left, it will lead us back to Les Bons, where it is worth visiting the historic complex, made up of the church of Sant Romà de les Bons and the Torre dels Moros.
