Encamp – Camí del Bau

We will start from the Tourist Office heading towards Avenue François Mitterrand. Shortly after, we will turn left onto Carrer de les Escoles and then turn left again onto Passeig de Mojácar, which we will follow to the end. There, we will go down some stairs on the right.

We will continue downhill along Carrer de la Valireta, turn right, and then head uphill along Carrer Balcó del Solà, where we will find a sign indicating the start of the Camí de la Carrera. From here, we will continue straight on a steep ascent, without taking any detours, until we reach a signpost directing us to turn right towards Camí del Bau.
  

With constant views over Encamp and without leaving the path, we will reach the surroundings of Les Bons, where it is worth visiting the complex formed by the church of Sant Romà de les Bons and the Torre dels Moros.

We will then return following the Valira d’Orient river, walking parallel to it until we reach the first bridge we crossed, already in the town centre. From there, we will turn left to return to the starting point: the Tourist Office.
