In 1693, the walls that surround us today, were erected for the first time remaining until today..Here, where today words, aromas and products of proximity are mixed; centuries ago, cattle were sheltered, and food was stored during the long months of cold. We must emphasize that modern Andorran society is recent. Until the middle of the 20th century rural life was our way of life until the arrival of new markets began us in the transition to modernity.
