How can I phone or connect to the Internet?
Before you travel, check if your company's package includes Andorra in your phone and data rate. If you don't have a connection, you have several financial options without the need to sign a contract. Andorra Telecom offers eSIM cards for tourists or traditional SIM cards, on the Andorra Telecom website you will find more information.
Another connection option is Wi-Fi networks. In the parish of Encamp we have several wifi points in the centers of the towns.

I would like to visit the country by public bus, how should I do it?
Andorra has an intercity bus network that will allow you to travel to the main towns of each parish. To go from Encamp to Andorra la Vella or Escaldes-Engordany, take lines L2, L3 or L4. To go up from Encamp to Canillo, Soldeu or El Tarter the L3 and L4 lines, and to get to Pas de la Casa is the L4 line.
The frequency of passage is approximately 10-20 minutes.

We want to come shopping, which are the shop opening hours and the custom limits?
The general opening hours of shops in Encamp are from 9 am to 8 pm, while in Pas de la Casa, many shops are already open from 8 am. During weekends and holidays, the closing time may vary depending on the trade, between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Where can I check the condition of the roads in case of snow? Are special equipment necessary?
Andorra is a country prepared for snow, the resulting complications are always temporary. On the website www.mobilitat.ad you will find an interactive map with the state of the traffic, web cameras of the road network and information about incidents.
Remember that, during the winter, from November 1 to May 15, special equipment (winter or M+S tires, chains or mesh) is mandatory to access Andorra.
Where can I eat and taste traditional Andorran cuisine?
If you want to try traditional Andorran cuisine, in Encamp you will find three bordes (old stone manor houses) converted into restaurants.

I want to withdraw money but I can't find my bank, how can I do it?
Andorra has three banking institutions (Andbank, Creand and Morabanc) with a wide network of offices and ATMs spread throughout all the parishes. Andorran banks allow you to withdraw money with the main bank cards, both debit and credit.
